JB Executive Coaching is owned by John Brant, a qualified actuary, who has spent a number of years advising corporations and trustee boards on financial issues relating to their occupational pension schemes.

John moved into coaching in 2001. He received his coaching training through the Coaching Academy in the UK. JB executive coaching was set up in 2004. The business is based in Croydon, Surrey servicing the London and UK market.

John is pioneer of the philosophy that the only way to get outstanding results is to take responsibility, decide what you want, why you want it, and then make it a commitment. This is what leaders have to do on a continuous basis. John is a trusted advisor and coach to a number of clients in the financial services industry. John has also worked with a number of property and business entrepreneurs – working with them to build their financial independence.
